BYLAWS,.1 Bylaw No , "Abbotsford Zoning Bylaw 1996, Amendment Bylaw No. 345", Marshall Road; Rezones portion of property from One Unit Urban Estate Residential Zone (RS1) to One Unit Urban Hillside Residential Zone (RS2) [ R03-036J Moved by Councillor Peary, seconded by Councillor Beck, that Report No. DEY dated December 10,2003, be received from the Assistant Planner, recommending rezoning of the Roanoak Investment Inc. property, located at Marshall Road, from One Unit Urban Estate Residential Zone (RS 1) to One Unit Urban Hillside Residential Zone (RS2). NEW BUSINESS Moved by Councillor Ross, seconded by Councillor Gill, that Bylaw No , cited as "Abbotsford Airport Fees Bylaw, 2004", be introduced and read a first, second and third time. R CARRIED..1 Mayor's Task Force Mayor Reeves advised that a Mayor's Task Force will be established in January 2004, to deal with grow-ops in the City. It will include participation by local residents. 9. ADJOURNMENT Moved by Councillor Gill, seconded by Councillor Gibson, that the December 15, 2003, Regular Council meeting be adjourned (7:15 p.m.).
