2 Being a by-law to enter into a Site Plan Control Agreement between The Corporation of the Town of Essex and Ontario Incorporated That Planning Report , entitled "Site Plan Control Approval, Ontario Incorporated, David Ross and Robert Troup, agents (Essex Centre - Ward 1)", prepared by Jeff Watson, Policy Planner and submitted by Chris Nepszy, Director, Infrastructure and Development, dated September 17, 2018, be received; and That By-Law 1744 being a by-law to enter into a Site Plan Control Agreement between The Corporation of the Town of Essex and Ontario Incorporated be read a first, a second and a third time, and finally passed on September 17, Clerks Report RE: Appointment of Election Compliance Audit Committee By-Law 1746 Being a by-law to authorize the appointment of members to the Town of Essex Election Compliance Audit Committee That Clerks Report , entitled "Appointment of Election Compliance Audit Committee", prepared by Shelley Brown, Deputy Clerk and submitted by Robert Auger, Town Solicitor/Clerk, dated September 17, 2018, be received; and That Council appoint Jerry Marion, Laurie Brett and Cheryl Bondy as members of the Election Compliance Committee for the period commencing December 1, 2018 and ending November 14, 2022; and That By-Law 1746 being a by-law to authorize the appointment of members to the Town of Essex Election Compliance Audit Committee be read a first, a second and a third time, and finally passed on September 17, Chief Administrative Officer Verbal Report 37 RE: Agreement Extension for Animal Control Services for the Town of Essex Seeking Council's support to authorize an extension to the Animal Control Service Agreement between The Corporation of the Town of Essex and Essex County K9 Services, on a month to month basis but with all other terms and conditions remaining the same, to allow sufficient time to conduct a Request for Proposal for the Animal Control Services. That the verbal report by the Chief Administrative Officer, Donna Hunter, seeking Council's support to authorize an extension to the Animal Control Service Agreement between The Corporation of the Town of Essex and Essex County K9 Services, on a month to month basis but with all other terms and conditions remaining the same be received and approved. 9.
