1 CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BRIGHTON COUNCIL MEETING October 18, at 6:30 p.m. The Corporation Municipality Brighton met in Chambers on above date at 6:30 p.m. Members Present: Mayor Chris Herrington, lors Dave Cutler? Craig Kerr, Brian Ostrander, Emily Rowley, Mike Vandertoorn and Chuck Ward Staff Members: Gayle Frost, CAO; Jim Phillips, Public Works & Environmental Services; Ken Hurford, Planning & Development; Linda Widdifield, Finance & Administrative Services; and Vicki Kimmett, Deputy Clerk 1. CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. A quorum was present. 2.
