APPROVAL OF AGENDA 2. DELEGATIONS Page 201 a. RCMP 4 th Quarter Report Inspector McVarnock will be present to speak to his 4 th Quarter Report for Page 219 b. Vernon Jubilee Hospital Foundation Patient Care Tower Page 235 c. Okanagan College Laurie Postill, Foundation Campaign Co-chair, and Richard Rolke, Foundation Vice President, will be present to explain the transformation of the Hospital with the construction of a new Patient Care Tower. Jim Hamilton, President; Jane Lister, Board Member; and John Lent, Regional Dean North Okanagan, will be present to introduce the new Council to recent achievements of the College, current undertakings, future projects and goals of the College. 3.
