BACKGROUND: Bylaw No (Attachment A) would amend the designation for the subject property in Schedule C.1 North Delta Area Plan in the Official Community Plan from Single Family Residential to nfill Single Family Residential. Bylaw No (Attachment B) would discharge Land Use Contract SA No Bylaw No (Attachment C) would rezone the subject property to RS8 Single Family (39 m 2 ) Residential in order to allow subdivision into four lots.., First and Second Readings:., Public Hearing:., Third Reading: July 15, 213 July 29, 213 July 3, 213 The consultation process for the Official Community Plan Amendment application that was endorsed by Council at the January 28, 213 Regular Meeting has been carried out.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "The Corporation of Delta Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 395, 1985 Amendment (Maison Development & Construction Ltd. - LU6777) Bylaw No. 7214, 213". 2. "The Corporation of Delta Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 395, 1985", as amended, is hereby further amended by changing the land use designation of the lands outlined in bold and marked "Subject Property" on Schedule to this bylaw from SFR Single Family Residential to SF nfill Single Family Residential and amending the North Delta Future Land Use Plan in Schedule C.1 and the North Delta Future Land Use Plan inset on the Future Land Use Plan in Schedule A accordingly.
