1 Page 1 of 5 Rural Municipality of Clayton No. 333 Meeting Minutes Special Meeting December 28, Special Meeting In Attendance: F?eeve Hicks, Councillor Ferstl, Councillor Jacquemart, Councillor Barsby, Councillor Perepeluk, Councillor Hamm, Councillor Ball, Administrator Rea Meeting Called To Order A quorum being present Reeve Hicks called the meeting to order at 9:10 am Minutes [That we approve the minutes of the December 14, 2016 meeting as presented. lt New Business List of Accounts for Approval That we approve the List of Accounts for Approval in the amount of $124, ^ IWage Review - Allan Boen Moved by: Councillor That we raise Allan Boen's rate of pay to $25.00 per hour with the standard lemployment agreement. 1^ Additional Bills That we pay the presented additional bills in the amount of $2, ^ :00 pm - Delegation - Cameron Antoniuk - apology [Moved by: Councillor That council accepts the apology from Cameron and we accept that he will come Iback for two days in the spring and work with the boys on manual road work. ; That bylaw being a bylaw to regulate the Council Code of Ethics be given the first reading Moved by: Councillor Darin Jacquemart That bylaw be given the second reading. : ^ ^t
