ClubFest is an opportunity for students to learn more about what COC s 80+ Campus Clubs have to offer. Funds are needed to purchase items. An estimated breakdown of costs are as follows: Estimated Breakdown of Costs Tables and Chairs from AV Party: $ $12 for 3 days 3 events = $ $1.50 for 3 days 3 events = $70 Pizza from ISSI (includes service, tax, plates and napkins): $ $12 each Decorations from Party City: $ packs of 72 count $10 each Publicity: $100 - Foamboard - Flyers COST : Not to exceed $ Move to approve up to $ from the Clubs & Organizations account # to cover the cost of the items that will be purchased for the event. 6

This event will provide lunch and classic lawn games in the Student Center on Thursday, February 15 th from 11:00am to 2:00pm. Student Athletes and Student Leaders from ASG will hosting games such as, ladder toss, Bean Bags and Giant Connect 4. Students who play games will have a change to enter a raffle to win COC Athletics swag. Estimated Breakdown of Costs Table and Chairs from AV Party: $ $12 for 3 days 3 events = $ $1.50 for 3 days 3 events = $70 Lunch from Costco: $ sandwich platter that feed $30 each for 150 people = $300-5 Boxes of 30 indivual chips for 150 $14 = $70 - Cookies for 150 people =$40 - Bottles of water for 150 people = $30 COST : Not to exceed $ Move to approve up to $ from the Social Activities account # to cover the cost of the items that will be purchased for the event. 7

This event is an opportunity for students to experience some of the best businesses and services the Santa Clarita community has to offer. As an incentive to go to the tables students will be able to enter into a raffle for bookstore gift cards for visiting 5 or more tables. Estimated Breakdown of Costs Table and Chairs from AV Party: $ $12 for 3 days 3 events = $ $1.50 for 3 days 3 events = $70 Giveaways: $ $10 giftcards from the bookstore COST : Not to exceed $ Move to approve up to $ from the Student Recourse Center account # to cover the cost of the items that will be purchased for the event. 10
