2 President s Message Dear Members: I would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. We just celebrated as a family at our annual Christmas Party. The Christmas party had it all from a great venue, excellent food, an entertaining band and most of all spending time with our friends. I want to thank Maria and Sheryl for putting together another great evening. Great job, as always Ladies I would also like to wish Congratulations to Members for achieving (twenty five consecutive years of membership) life time Membership in the Corvette Club of R.I. Marlene and Richard Gallo and Elizabeth and John Faria. We are very proud of you and wish you many more years as members of this club. I would like to thank Richard Nelson for the presentation of the beautiful plaque and the Beautiful Flowers for Rosemary from my Board of Directors and the entire membership. Rosemary and I want to extend our sincerest gratitude and wish all of you a very happy, safe and peaceful holiday. As President for the past six years, I surrounded myself with hard working; trustful and loyal volunteers that help me accomplish my vision and reached goals for our Club. Without the dedication of everyone on my Board and the appointees throughout the years, I could not have served you all as President. 18 National Corvette Museum Silent Auction January & February Business Meeting The Reveal took place at the Detroit Auto Show on January 13, 2013 with the unveiling of the 2014 Corvette Stingray to the world. VIPs and the press where invited to witness the event and they received one of these limited (2014 CT) individually numbered press kits. Inside the box is a deluxe box holding Corvette information brochure, actual Stingray fender badge and USB. These have sold on ebay for as high as $ and there is presently one on ebay for $ Own a piece of history.
