The annual elections will be held on December 18, However, if on the said tenth (10th) day prior to the annual election, which shall be held the last meeting in December of each year, only one nominee for each office to be filled, including members for the Board of Directors, shall have been submitted, the President shall, at the annual election, declare the candidates elected to the office to which they have been nominated.
