Jack Childs, Quiki D's Deliveries & Taxi, advised Council that his service has been providing the courier service to the libraries since the beginning of the year and questioned the process the County was using by not tendering for one courier to provide service to all of Norfolk, and specifically why he wasn't given an opportunity to bid for the job. Mayor Kalmbach thanked Mr. Childs for attending and advised that this matter would be dealt with later in the meeting. 3. APPROVAL/CORRECTION OF THE PUBLIC MEETING MINUTES AND REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES DATED TUESDAY, MAY 22, The minutes of the Public Meeting and Regular Council Meeting dated Tuesday, May 22, 2001, having been distributed to all members of Council and there being no errors reported, they were thereupon declared adopted and signed by Mayor Kalmbach.
