1 6765 STATE OF ALABAMA )( COUNTY OF BALDWN )( The Cty Councl, Cty of Farhope, met n regular sesson at 6:00 p.m., Farhope Muncpal Complex Councl Chamber, 161 North Secton Street, Farhope, Alabama 36532, on Monday,. Present were Councl Presdent Jack Burrell, Counclmembers: Rch Mueller, Dana Brewer, Mchael A. Ford, and Kevn Boone, Mayor Tmothy M. Kant, Cty Attorney Maron E. Wynne, and Cty Clerk Lsa A. Hanks. There beng a quorum present, Councl Presdent Burrell called the meetng to order. The nvocaton was gven by Counclmember Boone and the Pledge of Allegance was rected. Counclmember Brewer moved to approve mnutes of the 8 June 2015, regular meetng; mnutes of the 8 June 2015, work sesson; and mnutes of the 8 June 2015, agenda meetng. Seconded by Counclmember Mueller, moton passed unanmously by voce vote. Mayor Kant addressed the Cty Councl and requested Cty Clerk Lsa Hanks to jon hm. Mayor Kant stated that last week the Alabama Muncpal Clerks held ther Summer Conference n Downtown Farhope wth Cty Clerk Hanks hostng the event as AAMCA Presdent. He announced that at ths event Lsa Hanks was named "Alabama Muncpal Clerk of the Year" by the Alabama Assocaton of Muncpal Clerks and Admnstrators (AAMCA). We want to congratulate Ms. Hanks for a job well done. Cty Clerk Hanks addressed the Cty Councl and thanked Mayor Kant, Cty Counclmembers, and ctzens of Farhope for allowng her the opportunty to obtan the educaton needed and to represent the Cty of Farhope. Dan McCrory addressed the Cty Councl and gave the results of the Fecal Sample Analyss Report from Dr. Feng wth Auburn Unversty. Mr. McCrory stated the test results show no DNA for humans, but two of the DNA markers dd test postve to for brds: sea gull, Canada geese, duck, and chcken. Mr. McCrory also stated that 85 percent of the brd markers were Canada geese. A copy of the report s on fle n the Cty Clerk's offce. Counclmember Ford addressed the Cty Councl and gave an update on the recently held Recreaton Board meetng. He stated that pckle ball was the man ssue dscussed. Tenns and facltes were also dscussed along wth new commttee members. Councl Presdent Burrell addressed the Cty Councl regardng hs attendance at the Pars Ar Show where he represented the Cty of Farhope and the Farhope Arport Authorty. He mentoned Baldwn County Economc Development Allance, Moble Arport Authorty, Moble Chamber of Commerce, and representatves from Moble and Baldwn County also attended ths event. Farhope Polce Seconded by Cty Councl revewed an applcaton for a Restaurant Lquor Lcense by Rck Gambno, for Shux, LLC, d/b/a Shux on the Per located at 1 Farhope Avenue, Farhope, Alabama. Counclmember Mueller moved to approve the ssuance of the lcense. Seconded by Counclmember Ford, moton passed unanmously by voce vote. Counclmember Brewer moved to authorze Mayor Tmothy M.
