Moved by Begg and seconded by McDonel, that the contract for the Scence and Agrculture Buldng be let to The Stenle Constructon Company of Fremont, Oho, for the sum of Seventynne thousand one hundred and nnety-seven ($ ) the sad The Stenle Constructon Company beng the lowest bdder and ts bd beng n conformty tc the plans and specfcatons, notce to bdders, and the statutes governng such cases, sud buldng to be completed n sx- teen months from the date of the approval of the contract by the proper State Authortes subject to a penalty of Ffteen Dollars ($15.00). per day for each day that sad buldng s not completed beyond the tme specfed.
