Moved by Begg and seconded by McDonel that the Audtor of State be requested to transfer $ from Completng Admnstraton Buldng to appropraton for Bowlng Green State Normal School (Constructon Admnstraton Buldng) whch had been erroneously pad from latter appropraton for archtect's fees.
