6 RESOLUTON RESOLUTON SETTNG A DATE FOR A HEARNG TO FX THE COST OF DEMOLSHNG THE BULDNG AT TH STREET WHEREAS, the building located in the City of Tuscaloosa at h Street, owned by Bryan Jones and as recorded in deed book 737, page 390, was declared unsafe to the extent of being a public nuisance by the City Council on the 41h day of August 2015, and was ordered to be demolished by city forces pursuant to Ala Code Section et seq ( 1975); and, WHEREAS, Section et seq. requires the appropriate city official to report to the City Council of Tuscaloosa the cost of demolition and to hold a hearing on the fixing of said cost, which shall include the cost of demolition and court costs, and, WHEREAS, the City Clerk hereby reports to the City Council that the cost to demolish said building was $ 2, ; and, WHEREAS, the City Clerk shall give notice by first -class mail to all entities having an interest in the property NOW, THEREFORE, BE T RESOLVED BY THE CTY COUNCL OF TUSCALOOSA, ALABAMA, as follows 1 That a hearing will be held on the 5th day of January 2016, at 6 00 p. m to fix the cost of demolishing the building located at Street in the amount of $2, plus court costs 2. Presentation on. 12/ 22/ 2015 Office of the City Attorney Suspension of Rules: No RESOLUTON RESOLUTON SETTNG A DATE FOR A HEARNG TO CONSDER APPROVAL OF MASON DU LAC, A PLANNED UNT DEVELOPMENT A ) WHEREAS, in accordance with Section of the Code of Tuscaloosa, the Planning Commission has conducted a public hearing on the approval of a Planned Unit Development of approximately 14 6 acres located south adjacent to 2400 Yacht Club Way Northeast as shown on the Maison du Lac Master Plan with the following conditions 1 Shall consist of 30 dwelling units on 14 6 acres with a 2 05 dwelling units per gross site acre density Access to the development will be from Yacht Club Way Northeast, a residential street There will be interior, private streets to serve the residents.
