Resolution R : A resolution of the City of Friendswood, Texas, Galveston/Harris counties, endorsing the reappointment of four (4) members and appointment of one (1) new member to the Galveston County United Board of Health. B. Resolution R : A resolution of the City Council of the City of Friendswood, Texas, designating the Mayor as the City s representative in seeking eligible grant funds under the Justice Assistance (JAG) Grant Program for ; and authorizing the submission of such grant application to the Criminal Justice Division of the Office of the Governor. C. Resolution R : A resolution of the City of Friendswood, Texas, opposing Central Region Alternative #2 (CR #2) of the Gulf Coast Community Protection and Recovery District (GCCPRD) Storm Suppression Study, and supporting Central Region Alternative #1 (CR #1); providing for the delivery of such resolution to the GCCPRD, as well as Regional Economic Development agencies and State Legislators that represent Harris County and other gulf coast communities. D. Resolution R : A resolution of the City of Friendswood, Texas, finding that CenterPoint Energy Houston Electric, LLC s, application for approval to amend its Distribution Cost Recovery Factor pursuant to 16 Tex. Admin. Code and to reconcile Docket No revenues to increase distribution rates within the City should be denied; finding that the City s reasonable rate case expenses shall be reimbursed by the company; finding that the meeting at which this resolution is passed is open to the public as required by law; requiring notice of this resolution to the company and legal counsel. E. Resolution R : A resolution of the City Council of the City of Friendswood, Texas, suspending the May 30, 2016, effective date of the proposal by CenterPoint Gas Texas Coast Division to implement interim grip rate adjustments for gas utility investment in Texas and requiring delivery of this resolution to the company and legal counsel. 19. Ordinance No. T : (Title: Second and Final reading of an ordinance approving a vacation of a portion of a public right-of-way) An ordinance approving a vacation of a portion of a public right-of-way situated on property located at 906 Murphy Lane, Friendswood, Texas; authorizing the Mayor to

4 execute and the City Secretary to attest a quitclaim deed by and between the City and Christi Saban. B. Ordinance No. T : (Title: Second and Final reading of an ordinance adopting the 2012 International Code Council versions of the International Building Code, International Plumbing Code, International Mechanical Code, International Fuel Gas Code, International Energy Conservation Code and International Residential Code for One-and Two-Family Dwellings; adopting the 2011 version of the National Electrical Code; and adopting local amendments) An ordinance amending the Code of Ordinances of the City of Friendswood, Texas, Chapter 14 Buildings and Building Regulations by adopting the 2012 International Building Code, 2012 International Plumbing Code, 2012 International Mechanical Code, 2012 International Fuel Gas Code, 2012 International Energy Conservation Code and International Residential Code for one- and two-family dwellings; adopting the 2011 National Electrical Code; adopting local amendments thereto; providing other matters relating to the subject; providing for a penalty of an amount not to exceed $2,000 for each day of violation of any provision hereof; and providing for severability. D. Ordinance No. T : (Title: Second and Final reading of an ordinance rezoning a acre tract of land located at 311 S. Friendswood Dr., Friendswood, Texas, (as more fully described herein), from Light Industrial (LI) to Downtown District (DD)) An ordinance amending Appendix C Zoning, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Friendswood, Texas, by amending the zoning classification for a acre tract of land located at 311 S. Friendswood Dr., Friendswood, Texas, being out of a called acre tract conveyed from J.R. May and wife, Louise May, to Charles C. Lary, III, and recorded under Galveston County Clerk s file number , being part of Lot 9, Block 2, of Friendswood Subdivision, as recorded in Volume 238, Page 14, in the office of the County Clerk of Galveston County, Texas, located in the Sarah McKissick or J.R. Williams League, Galveston County, Texas; amending the zone classification from Light Industrial (LI) to Downtown District (DD), all as more specifically provided herein; providing for the amendment of the Official Zoning Map; providing a penalty in an amount not to exceed $2,000 for each day of violation of any provision hereof; and providing for severability. Ordinance No. T : (Title: First and Final reading of an ordinance adopting Budget Amendment VII to the Original General Budget of the City for Fiscal Year to provide for supplemental appropriation and/or transfer of certain funds) An ordinance amending City of Friendswood, Texas, Ordinance No , passed and approved October 5, 2015, same being an ordinance approving and adopting the City s General Budget for Fiscal Year by approving Budget Amendment VII to the Original General Budget of the City of Friendswood, Texas, for the Fiscal Year ; providing for supplemental appropriation and/or transfer of certain funds; providing for severability; and providing other matters related to the subject. 20.
