1 Office of the County Clerk County of Canadian State of Oklahoma Board of County Commissioners Meeting December 5, 2011 The Canadian County Board of County Commissioners met at 9:00am in the Public Meeting Room. Those members present were Commissioner David Anderson and Commissioner Phil Carson. Commissioner Jack Stewart was absent. Carson called the meeting to order. Anderson moved, seconded by Carson to approve the November 28, 2011 minutes. Upon roll call: Carson, yes; Anderson, yes. The motion carried 2-0. There were no comments from the public. Anderson moved, seconded by Carson to approve the Frontload Agreement between Oklahoma Environmental Management Authority and Canadian County to furnish equipment and services for: a. (4) 06FLTR b. (2) 04FLTR c. (1) 2FLTR (Clerk's Misc. File No ) Anderson moved, seconded by Carson to approve the Interlocal Agreement between the City of Oklahoma City and Canadian County for the Interlocal Cooperation pertaining to maintenance, construction, and repair to certain streets which were originally county section line roads and the responsibility of the City of Oklahoma City. (Clerk's Misc. File No ) Anderson moved, seconded by Carson to table for one week the approval of the 2012 Holiday Schedule. Anderson moved, seconded by Carson to approve the following permits for Devon Gas Services, L.P.: To cross route E1040 approximately.37 miles west of Junction N2780 & E1040 further described as 1989 feet west of the NE/corner of Section 21 T12N-R8W in District #2. (Clerk's Misc. File No ) To cross route N2770 approximately.04 miles south of Junction N2770 & E1040 further described as 242 feet south of the NE/corner of Section 20 T12N-R8W in District #2. (Clerk's Misc. File No ) Anderson moved, seconded by Carson to table the approval of the following permits for Devon Gas Services, L.P. as it appeared that the correct amount of fees had not been remitted. File No ) Carson moved, seconded by Anderson to approve the Medical Contract between Ami Siems, M.D. and the Children s Justice Center to provide medical services and supervised nursing services for juveniles in the Detention Center for December 1, 2011 through June 30, Upon roll call: Carson, yes; Anderson, yes. File No ) Carson moved, seconded by Anderson to approve the Contract for Nursing Services between Darby Eisenhour, R.N. and the Children s Justice Center to provide nursing services for the residents at the Juvenile Detention Center for December 1, 2011 through June 30, Upon roll call: Carson, yes; Anderson, yes.
