Request to the Council to grant access for AGRI Members to the adopted directives for the negotiation of a bilateral Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Areas as part of the Euro-Mediterranean Association Agreement with Tunisia Political groups will be invited to notify to the Secretariat the name(s) of 1 Member and 1 political group adviser (maximum) who will be included in the list of persons authorized to consult this (EU Restricted) document on a need to know basis 5.2. Possible EP objection to draft Implementing Directive Commission amending Annexes I to V to Council Directive 2000/29/EC on protective measures against the introduction into the Community of organisms harmful to plants or plant products and against their spread within the Community A representative of the European Commission (DG SANTE) will be invited to appear before the AGRI Committee to present this draft Implementing Directive Coordinators will decide on this basis whether or not a draft resolution objecting to this implementing act should be prepared and adopted by the Committee for tabling to Plenary 5.3. Presentation to the AGRI Committee of a study prepared for the French Ministry of Agriculture on the regulation of the dairy sector A presentation of the study entitled Study of Measures against Market Imbalance: What Perspectives after Milk Quotas in the European Dairy Sector?, prepared by an international group of researchers at the request of the French Ministry of Agriculture will be scheduled during one of the next meetings of the AGRI Committee 5.4.
