3 PUBLIC HEARING 3.1 Public hearing regarding potential changes to Ellis County Flood Damag Prevention Order # which was originally adopted on November 30, 1998, pursuant to Subchapter 1, Section 16 of the Texas Water Code, to comply with the requirements and criteria of the National Floo Insurance Program. ADJOURNMENT OF THE PUBLIC HEARING 4.1. Pursuant to Subchapter 1, Section 16 of the Texas Water Code, and to c mply with the criteria of the National Flood Insurance Program, consideration and action to approve changes to Ellis County Flood Damage Prevention which was originally adopted on November 30, Consideration and action to approve a replat for Shankle Estates, lot 5,. 879, John & Barbara Jett, Pet Consideration and action to approve a replat for Duvall Place Addition, ot 1, block 1, Plainview Rd., Paul Proctor, Pet Presentation of an update on Ellis County's direct vendor pay. Cheryl Chambers, Treasurer 4.6 Consideration and action for the Court to allocate up to $75,000 for the 5% local match portion of grants available through the Texas State Soil and Water Conservation Board (TfXWCD) for structural repairs on flood control dams in accordance with Texas Administrative Code, Chal ter 529, Subchapter B.
