Crump, Commissioner, Precinct Four SPECIAL COURT SESSION NOTICE OF MEETING AND AGENDA OF THE COMMISSIONERS COURT OF ORANGE COUNTY, TEXAS MAY 29, 2018 Notice is hereby given that the Commissioners Court of Orange County, Texas, will meet on Tuesday, May 29, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. in the Commissioners Courtroom located at 123 S. 6 th Street for the following purposes to-wit: SPECIAL COURT SESSION AGENDA Invocation U.S. Pledge Texas Pledge Approve minutes of the Special Court Session held on May 22, 2018 at 2:00 p.m., as circulated. 1. Discussion and possible action regarding approval of the monthly reports from the County Treasurer for month ending April 30, 2018 and recording in the minutes of the court: a. Approval of Investments in the amount of $17, b. Approval of Interest Earned to date in the amount of $120, c. Treasurer s Report of revenues received and disbursed in accordance with the Local Government Code (d) and an affidavit of approval by the court. This report will be available on the county's web site for viewing. d. Pledged Security Collateral for a total of $99,848,472.15, summary as follows: Wells Fargo Bank $ 88,447, First Financial Bank $ 11,401, (Christy Khoury, Treasurer)

Discussion and possible action regarding filing in the minutes of the court revenue received from the City of Rose City, check #16066, for $ These funds are reimbursement for road materials. (Christy Khoury, Treasurer) 3. Discussion and possible action regarding signing the 2018 Load Management Measurement Customer Agreement between Entergy and Orange County. (Dean Crooks, County Judge) 4. Discussion and possible action regarding payment of bills approved by the County Auditor as per attested listings and also specifically as follows: (Pennee Schmitt, Auditor) 5. Discussion and possible action for the Orange County Sheriff s Office and Orange County to amend the Interlocal Cooperation Contract with Spindletop Center for the purpose of funding a Mental Health Liaison Deputy that was entered into on May 22, The agreement is being amended to include the $132,000 to be awarded by Spindletop to Orange County for the current fiscal year, and to change the term of the agreement to commence on May 1, The agreement will automatically renew on September 1 of each year unless either party chooses to terminate the Agreement. This Agreement is 100% funded by Spindletop Center for supplying law enforcement services, including salaries, benefits, deferred liabilities, training, equipment, vehicle fuel and any additional expenses the County may incur in providing the services of the Mental Health Deputy for the term of the Agreement. Action by the court shall include approval for Orange County Judge or Judge Pro Tem to execute the same. (Keith Merritt, Sheriff) 6.
