Discussion and possible action authorizing County Treasurer to process payroll for pay period ending August 26, 2018, including all supporting payroll liabilities and garnishment orders. Crooks to sign the Interlocal contract with SETRPC 911 which is still in effect until August 31, This is a signature change only from the former County Judge Stephen Brint Carlton to the current County Judge Dean T. THIS NOTICE SHALL BE POSTED FOR AT LEAST SEVENTY-TWO (72) HOURS PRECEDING THE SCHEDULED TIME OF SUCH MEETING. THE ORANGE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CONVENE A CLOSED SESSION WITH RESPECT TO ANY ITEM LISTED ON THE AGENDA WHERE ANY EXCEPTION EXISTS UNDER THE TEXAS OPEN MEETINGS ACT. THE RIGHT TO CONVENE SUCH A CLOSED SESSION SHALL EXIST REGARDLESS OF WHETHER OR NOT THE AGENDA ITEM OR ITEMS EXPRESSLY STATE THAT A CLOSED MEETING WILL BE CONVENED.
