D. 2018, the Commissioners Court of Milam County, Texas, convened in Regular Session in the Commissioners Courtroom, Milam County Courthouse, 102 S. Fannin, Cameron Texas, with the following members of the Court present, to-wit: DAVID L. FLAG, TEXAS FLAG. HONOR THE TEXAS FLAG, I PLEDGE ALLEGIANCE TO THEE, TEXAS, ONE STATE, UNDER GOD, ONE AND INDIVISIBLE.

2 3. APPROVE MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETINGS Upon motion duly made by Commissioner Shuffield, seconded by Commissioner Muegge and carried unanimously to approve the minutes of the previous meetings. August 13, 2018-Regular Meeting August 16, 2018-Payroll & Bills 4. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION James Renda: Lives on CR 421; San Gabriel is seeing a lot of growth and our roads need more maintenance. Our roads need to be taken care of a lot better with all the traffic. My neighbor almost got hit because of the dump trucks and the dust from the roads. The intersection of FM 486 and CR 421 is a two way stop and needs to be a 4 way stop. Judge Barkemeyer- Milano Civic Center is having a Concert, it s their yearly fundraiser; there is a flyer being passed around if anyone is interested. 5. APPROVE UTILITY INSTALLATIONS Upon motion duly made by Commissioner Muegge, seconded by Commissioner Fisher and carried unanimously to approve the Notice of Proposed Installation Utility Line on Milam County Right-of-Way, formal notice given that Southwest Milam Water Supply Corporation proposes to place a WATER LINE within the right-of-way CR 455, Precinct 4. Upon motion duly made by Commissioner Fisher, seconded by Commissioner Muegge and carried unanimously to approve the Notice of Proposed Installation Utility Line on Milam County Right-of-Way, formal notice given that Southwest Milam Water Supply Corporation proposes to place a WATER LINE within the right-of-way CR 323 Precinct PERMISSION FOR ENTRY AND WAIVER OF CLAIMS None 7. COURT CASES UPDATE

DISCUSS AND TAKE ACTION ON 2019 SHERIFF S AND CONSTABLE FEES- Upon motion duly made by Commissioner Fisher, seconded by Commissioner Muegge and carried unanimously to approve the 2019 Sheriff and Constable Fees. 9. SET COUNTY AND DISTRICT CLERK ARCHIVE FEE-- Upon motion duly made by Commissioner Shuffield, seconded by Commissioner Watkins and carried unanimously to approve the County and District Clerk Archive Fee at $ DISCUSS AND TAKE POSSIBLE ACTION ON THE SEPTEMBER 9, 1913 ABANDONMENT OF STREETS IN BURNETT ADDITION IN MILANO- Upon motion duly made by Commissioner Shuffield, seconded by Commissioner Fisher and carried unanimously to Reaffirm the September 9, 1913 Abandonment of Platted Roads in the Burnet Addition of Milano 11. PRESENTATION OF FY17 EXTERNAL AUDIT REPORT- Preston Singleton presented to the court the External Audit 12. APPROVE GRANT RESOLUTION FOR THE BG RIFLE RESISTANT BODY ARMOR GRANT PROGRAM- Upon motion duly made by Commissioner Fisher, seconded by Commissioner Watkins and carried unanimously to approve the Resolution for the BG Rifle Resistant Body Armor Grant Program 13. DISCUSS AND TAKE POSSIBLE ACTION TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH IDOCKET.COM LLC TO GRANT INTERNET ACCESS OF PUBLIC RECORDS AT NO COST TO COUNTY- District Clerk Karen Berry presented contract to the court

APPROVE APPRISS SAFETY VINE SERVICE AGREEMENT FOR SHERIFF S DEPT THROUGH THE ATTORNEY GENERAL AT NO COST TO THE COUNTY- Upon motion duly made by Judge Barkemeyer, seconded by Commissioner Fisher and carried unanimously to approve the Vine Service Agreement for the Sheriff s Department through the Attorney General at no cost to the county. 15. APPROVE DEPUTATIONS- Upon motion duly made by Commissioner Fisher, seconded by Commissioner Muegge and carried unanimously to approve the Deputations. Sheriff s Office & Tax Office 16. APPROVE ORDER ESTABLISHING CENTRAL COUNT STATION PERSONNEL- Upon motion duly made by Commissioner Fisher, seconded by Commissioner Watkins and carried unanimously to approve the Order Establishing Central Count Station Personnel. 17. CONSIDER APPROVAL TO ISSUE REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS AND QUALIFICATIONS FOR SERVICES RELATED TO CDBG-DISASTER RECOVERY FUNDS AS ADMINISTERED BY THE GENERAL LAND OFFICE- Upon motion duly made by Commissioner Muegge, seconded by Commissioner Fisher and carried unanimously to approve to move forward with this process. 18. CONSIDER APPROVAL TO ISSUE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS AND QUALIFICATIONS FOR SERVICES RELATED TO FEMA PUBLIC ASSISTANCE FUNDS AS ADMINISTERED BY THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT- Upon motion duly made by Commissioner Muegge, seconded by Commissioner Shuffield and carried unanimously to approve to move forward with the proposals for the Procurement process. 19. APPROVE PAYMENT OF BILLS- Upon motion duly made by Commissioner Muegge, seconded by Commissioner Shuffield and carried unanimously to approve the Payment of Bills in the amount of $193,
