July 21, Donald R. Pozzi,, opened the meeting to anyone wishing to address general County business which was not on the meeting agenda. Mr. Kenneth Schustereit expressed concerns regarding log jams in the Guadalupe River. Hearing no further comments, Judge Pozzi continued to the next agenda item. ACCOUNTS PAYABLE: (3-17:07) 3.
