Discuss/Act on a Proclamation at the request of Connie Pettitt, LPC, Executive Director of WIN/Women In Need, Inc., to declare the month of October 2018 as Domestic Violence Awareness Month in Rockwall County, and all related issues; (Sweet) 3. Discuss/Act on consideration of location agreement with the Kiwanis Club of Rockwall County, and all related issues; (Sweet) 4. Discuss/Act on FY2019 Pre 65 Retiree and Cobra monthly contribution rates relative to the County of Rockwall s self-funded healthcare plan, and all related issues; (Webb) 5. Discuss/Act on moving the regular scheduled Commissioners Court meeting of December 25, 2018, a County holiday to December 20, 2018, and all related issues; (Sweet) 6. Discuss/Act on office space at the County Services Building, and all related issues; (Sweet) 7. Discussion of Rockwall County FY2018 Budget Analysis, and all related issues; (Sweet) 8.
