AT THE ROCKWALL COUNTY HISTORIC COURTHOUSE, 101 EAST RUSK, 3 rd FLOOR, CITY OF ROCKWALL, TEXAS, FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSIDERING THE FOLLOWING: A) INVOCATION; Commissioner Sevier B) PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE AMERICAN FLAG; Commissioner Gilbert C) PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE TEXAS FLAG; Commissioner Gilbert D) RECOGNITION OF GUESTS; AGENDA 1. PUBLIC FORUM: (This is the public s opportunity to address the Commissioners Court about County matters. During this meeting, the Commissioners Court will not discuss, consider or take action on any item not included on this meeting s agenda. Discuss/Act on the design, expansion, construction, improvement and equipping of the Rockwall County Law Enforcement and Detention Center, and other related issues; (Bailey/Gilbert) 3. Discuss/Act on a request from Steve Baker with Monster Broadband, Inc. to approve a County Right-of-Way Crossing Agreement request to bury fiber optic cable crossing Jones Road/Poetry Road located in Rockwall County, and all related issues; (Bailey) 4. Discussion of Rockwall County FY2019 Budget Analysis, and all related issues; (Sweet) 5. Discuss/Act on approving the Indigent Defense Formula Grant for Fiscal Year 2019 for the improvement of indigent defense services in Rockwall County, and all related issues; (Auditor) 6. Discuss/Act on approving the recommendation by the County Auditor to increase the change fund by $100 for the County Clerk, pursuant to LGC (d), and all related issues; (Auditor) 7. Discuss/Act on approving the Rockwall Urgent Care pricing agreement for 2019 to continue providing follow-up testing for employer paid services, and all related issues; (Auditor) 8. Discuss/Act on placing gravel on the east side of the parking lot at the County Services Building by the County Road & Bridge department at a cost of $1,450.00, and all related issues; (Auditor) 9. Discuss/Act on approving an information sharing agreement from Securus Technologies, Inc, and all related issues; (Auditor) 10. Discuss/Act on approving a Joinder Agreement between Boon Chapman & Rockwall County relative to the new 2019 Southwestern Health Resources plan, and all related issues; (Auditor) 11. Discuss/Act on approving the Jail Accreditation Agreement with the National Institute for Jail Operations, and all related issues; (Auditor)
