Prieto as a full time Deputy under Linebacker Grant #0484 effective February 15, Mr. Prieto will be replacing the position formerly held by Mr. Arturo Romo. Mr. Romo will remain a Reserve Deputy. 3.3 Discussion and appropriate action re: Approval to hire one parttime Jailer (name to be announced) to replace Sergio Prieto who was hired as a Deputy.

6 3.4 Discussion and appropriate action re: Approval of travel request for Leticia Vargas, Jail Administrator, to attend the 29 th Annual Texas Jail Association Conference, on May 14 thru 18, 2012, in Austin, Texas. 3.5 Discussion and appropriate action re: Consideration and approval to hire Casey L. Ruiz as a Full-Time Deputy effective March 01, Mr. Ruiz will be replacing position formerly held by Selena Esquivel. 3.6 Discussion and appropriate action re: Consideration and approval to present Racial Profiling Report for Discussion and appropriate action re: Jail Status and Sheriff s Report. 4.
