Come celebrate Columbus Day with us by having a bowl of homemade turkey noodle soup at the main hall on Monday October 10th, at 5:00 PM. After having soup we will eat ice cream sundaes and cookies for dessert. Tickets are $2.00 per person and may be purchased at the Thursday Morning or by contacting Larry Masters, Space Please bring your own table service. Carry outs are available if needed. We hope to see you there.. Tickets will be $2.00 Purchased from Carolyn Space # 1092 October 31 5:00 PM, Main Hall SUN COMMUNITEES COMMUNICATIONS MEETING: Monthly, the Community Manager will host a park meeting for all residents to promote open communications between the residents and Sun Communities. Feel free to bring forth and discuss issues any concerns you may have regarding the park. The meeting will be for park issues only, any personal issues or concerns should be discussed in the office. Impromptu Meetings held as required during the summer months.

More to come. AREAS IDENTIFIED BY RESIDENTS AS NEEDING ATTENTION: 93) Business Ctr: Fiber Optics installed to the office. Rest is in the plans. 94) Business Ctr: New Computers to be decided in November. Club/Office. 95) Mail Boxes: Would like to have the mail boxes replaced. (Being worked with the Post Office) 96) MH Ballroom: Nov- Install a flexible working control box for controlling the TV s, Bingo, Etc. 97) MH Ballroom: Nov- Install 2 new televisions in back of hall for Bingo/other events. (Club/Office) 98) Park Signage: Oct - Indio Street sign is wrong. Has 1063 to 1013 instead of 1003 to ) Work Shop: Oct Plan is for new equipment and tighter access/use control of the room. IDENTIFIED AS 2017 PROJECTS 100) Cameras: Park cameras needed to monitor the Common areas. 101) Community: Pave the office parking lot with sidewalk to the office building. 102) Entrance: Phase III of the entrance is being planned for approval. (Sign-flagpole) 103) Retention Wall: Upgrade? Paint the water drainage ditch on north & west end. IN THE 2017 PlAN BUT MAY GET MOVED OUT. 104) MH Stage: Install new front and side curtains on stage. 105) Pool Area: Install a cold water drinking fountain in the pool area. 106) Streets: The drain in front of space 1073 has to be raised to street. 107) MH Storerm: Upgraded the floor in the MH storeroom. Currently rough concrete. Reminiscing: This was our park entrance just ONE year ago, in October 2015!! BUNCO: By Lu Garrett Once again we had 16 persons playing Bunco. Of those 16, 4 were "newcomers!" They discovered it does not take long to catch on! You learn quickly you DO NOT want to throw three "threes." Several of us did that, which resulted in our score being erased and having to start over! Just makes for more "Oh No's" and more laughs (if you are on the other side of course.) Jerry was the "big" winner of $7 this time, having the most wins. Mae also took home a couple of extra bucks. Here's hoping that you will join us when we play again. You will be missed if not!!
