Music in Motion is a chair exercise program designed to strengthen our gate and balance. 3 Healthways SilverSneakers Fitness ProgramSilverSneakers Muscular Strength & Range of Movement Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support. For fit and active adults as well as those who are new to exercise, unfamiliar with exercise or just want to have fun! SilverSneakers classes are Every Wednesday at 11:00 am and Friday at 11:00 am.
