4 8.1 Board Self Evaluation Action: Trustees to submit their Board self-evaluation. 8.2 Debenture By-Law # nd Reading MOTION #17-18/05-15/0183 Trustee Champagne BE IT RESOLVED that the Board approve the second reading of the Borrowing Debenture By Law # for the sum of Seven Hundred Twenty Three Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($723,200) as outlined by Public Schools Finance Board. 8.3 MNP Report Action: To include MNP report in the new Trustee Orientation Manual. Begin preparation for New Trustee Orientation session and support materials. 8.4 Carry Over Request Music Program Leader. MOTION #17-18/05-15/0184 Trustee Champagne BE IT RESOLVED that the Board approve the Music Program Leader s carry over request up to a maximum of $17, Strategic Planning Meeting MOTION #17-18/05-15/0185 BE IT RESOLVED that the Board approve the strategic planning special meeting for June 14, 2018 with Janis Arnold from Manitoba School Boards Association. 8.6 Debenture By-Law # rd Reading MOTION #17-18/05-15/0186 Trustee Champagne BE IT RESOLVED that the Board approve the third reading of the Borrowing Debenture By Law # for the sum of Seven Hundred Twenty Three Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($723,200) as outlined by Public Schools Finance Board.
