Approval of Job Description for Head of Grounds/Utility Motion by Mr. Schunk that Southwest Local School District approve the Job Description for Head of Grounds Utility. 4. Memorandum of Understanding Motion by Ms. Evanson that Southwest Local School District approve a Memorandum of Understanding between OAPSE and its Local No. 178, and the Southwest Local School District, to hire a Head of Grounds/Utility person. 5. Cell Phone Stipends Motion by Mr. King for the approval of a $400 annual cell phone stipend for Susan Toelke and $800 annual cell phone stipend for Roger McGregor. 6. Resolution No Sale of Real Property at Public Auction Motion by Mrs. Peak that the Board adopt the attached Resolution No regarding the Sale of Real Property at Public Auction. Appointment of Delegate and Alternate to the Annual OSBA Business Meeting Motion by Ms. Evanson that Mrs. Linda Peak be appointed the delegate and Mr. Mike King be appointed the alternate to represent Southwest Local School District at the Annual OSBA Business Meeting on Monday, November 14, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. GENERAL PUBLIC Discussion of Facilities. Board Report 1. Addendum to Superintendent s Employment Contract Motion by Mr. King for approval of the addendum to the Superintendent s Employment Contract. 2. Change of Board Meeting Date Motion by Mr. Schunk that the Board approve changing September s Board Meeting Date from Thursday, September 16, 2016, to Tuesday, September 13, Seconded by Mrs. Peak Discussion: Mike Morris 3. Motion by Mr. Schunk that the Board approve a Work Session at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 13, 2016, before the Board Meeting. Discussion: Replace Board Breakfast Meeting EXECUTIVE SESSION

10 Motion by Mrs. Peak that the Board enter into executive session for the Page 10 purpose of conducting the appointment, employment, dismissal, discipline, promotion, demotion or compensation of an employee, official or student, or the investigation of charges or complaints against such individual, unless an employee, official or student requests a public hearing. The Board entered executive session at 9:10 p.m. ADJOURNMENT Motion by Ms. Evanson that the meeting be adjourned. The meeting was adjourned at 10:35 p.m.
