MINUTES 4.1 Regular Meeting of September 21, C-312 That Council adopts the minutes of the regular meeting of Council of September 21, 2015, as presented. 4.2 Acknowledgement of Other Minutes 2015-C-313 Moved By Alderman Chapman That Council acknowledges the minutes of the Community Services Advisory Board of June 8 and July 13, 2015 and the Environmental Advisory Board of May 6 and June 3, CONSENT AGENDA There were no items. 6. PU8UC INPUT SESSION 6.1 Davy Creek Lands - Justification Report (Tracy Corbett) Mayor Brown reviewed the process that would be followed. Tracy Corbett, Manager of Planning and Sustainable Development, reviewed the developer's request for initiating a Community Area Structure Plan (GASP), for lands within the anneation area, referred to as the Davy Creek Lands. Ms.Corbett provided an administrative review of the staff justification report and relevant policy documents. Mayor Brown asked if there was anyone present who wished to speak in favour of the proposed GASP submission for the Davy Creek Lands. Darren Lockart of Hopewell Residential spoke in favour of the proposed GASP submission.

Rod Gerla, WestMark, introduced his son, Paul Gerla who read a letter into the record that is filed with the agenda.

Mayor Brown asked three times if there was anyone else present who wished to speak against the proposed GASP submission. There was no response. Mr. Lockart returned to provide more information to Council. Mayor Brown closed the Public Input Session on the proposed GASP submission for the Davy Creek Lands. Recess/Reconvene Mayor Brown declared a recess at 8:35 p.m. The meeting reconvened at 8:41 p.m C-314 That Council denies the request to initiate a Community Area Structure Plan for the Davy Creek Lands within the anneation area, located north of the Reunion Neighbourhood.
