6 NFPA 1963/1965 FDM MINUTES OF MEETING TECHNICAL COMMITTEE on Fire Hose June 12 th, 2017 Conference Call June 12 th, 2017 Members Present Andrew Ellison - Chair Ken Holland-NFPA Staff NFPA Staff Bill Betz Thomas Farruggia Brian Fink James Glatts Sean Gray Stephen Jackson Jayme Kahle Jonathan Larrabee Michael Mayer David Quick Marc Radecky Jason Riggenbach John Stacey Tim Vanderlip David Walsh Samuel Wu Gregory Kozey Guests Noah Ryder The meeting was called to order by Tim Vanderlip, filling in for Chairman Ellison, at 13:00 hours with roll call and introductions to follow. The committee reviewed and approved the previous meetings minutes for 1963/1965 and also reviewed this meeting s agenda to ensure no items were missing. NFPA 1963 received 4 public inputs, and the committee acted on those public inputs by developing first revisions. The committee developed 3 first revisions that will be balloted and those that pass ballot will be included in the first draft of the document. NFPA 1965 received 2 public inputs and those were on updating references. The committee did develop first revisions to address these updates, however 1965 is going to be incorporated into 1964 so the committee made no other changes to the document.

7 Once the committee was done with the portion of the meeting that was to address the revision cycle for 1963/1965 the committee then began an abbreviated discussion on the work and progress for NFPA This was relative to the work of the task groups in providing a brief update to the committee as well as when the committee could meet for The committee is looking to have 2 face to face meetings in the coming months to continue their work on revising They are looking to meet in August and again in late October or early November for The meeting details and dates, once confirmed, will be sent to the committee and posted on the document information pages. No further business was discussed due to the expiration of allotted time for the meeting. Meeting adjourned at 15:00
