2 THE PROBLEM Every year millions of Americans find themselves unable to vote because they miss a registration deadline, don t update their registration, or aren t sure how to register.
3 CONFUSION ABOUT REGISTRATION One out of nine Americans move each year People turn 18 years old People change names People don t vote in a while
