9 SUZANNE SCOTT Chief Executive Officer FOX News Channel and FOX Business Network Suzanne Scott joined FOX News Channel (FNC) at its inception in 1996 and currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of both FOX News and FOX Business Network (FBN). Prior to becoming the company s first female CEO in May 2018, Scott served as the president of programming for both FNC and FBN. In this role, she oversaw all network programming and talent management, which included significantly altering FNC s primetime lineup in Among the highly successful changes were replacing Bill O Reilly with Tucker Carlson Tonight at 8 p.m., moving Hannity back to the 9 p.m. timeslot and launching The Ingraham Angle at 10 p.m. She also co-created Outnumbered Overtime w/ Harris Faulkner, The Story w/ Martha MacCallum and The Daily Briefing w/ Dana Perino. In the fall of 2017, Scott expanded the network s schedule to provide 20 hours of live programming and is responsible for having more women anchoring and hosting shows on FNC s lineup than any other cable news network. Averaging 2.4 million viewers in primetime and 1.5 million in total day, the 2017 lineup changes helped propel FNC to its second consecutive year as the mostwatched basic cable network across both key day parts. Since becoming a member of the executive leadership team in 2017, Scott has also spearheaded several workplace initiatives, including the launch of a new state of the art newsroom, FOX networking events, employee mentoring programs and quarterly meetings with all employees. Her efforts have fostered a more open, collaborative and transparent environment across both networks. Throughout her tenure, Scott has risen through the ranks in a number of programming, production and creative positions including: executive vice president of programming (2016); senior vice president of programming and development (2009); vice president of programming (2007); network executive producer (2005); as well as associate producer, producer and senior producer of On the Record with Greta Van Susteren ( ). In addition, she was responsible for the launch of numerous on-air and digital initiatives, including the 2002 primetime debut of On the Record. She began her career at FNC as a programming assistant and previously served in the same capacity at CNBC. Scott has been recognized for her contributions in cable television and was named one The Hollywood Reporter s Most Powerful People in New York Media in 2018 and one of Cablefax Magazine s Most Powerful Women in Cable in She is a graduate of American University with a degree in political science and international relations. ###
10 JAY WALLACE President of FOX News and Executive Editor Jay Wallace joined FOX News Channel (FNC) at its inception in 1996 and currently serves as the President and Executive Editor of FOX News. In this role, he oversees all news, programming, operations and editorial across both FNC and FOX Business Network (FBN). Previously, Wallace served as President of News and Editorial where he oversaw the network s news division, managing all aspects of news programming, newsgathering, political coverage and election season debates and town halls. Additionally, both FoxNews.com and FOX News Radio, which includes Fox News Headlines 24/7 on Sirius/XM were under his purview. Notably, in October 2017, Wallace led the launch of FNC s first-ever live 11 p.m. news show, Fox Night w/ Shannon Bream and along with the network s CEO Suzanne Scott, co-created new news programming including Outnumbered Overtime w/ Harris Faulkner and The Daily Briefing w/ Dana Perino. Together, Scott and Wallace also increased FNC s weekend news coverage with the launch of Cavuto LIVE in January In 2016, Wallace was elevated to Executive Vice President of News and Editorial, handling day-to-day management of weekday and weekend news programming for the network. In this capacity, he was responsible for the network s top news programming, including Special Report with Bret Baier, Shepard Smith Reporting, America s Newsroom, Sunday Morning Futures and Fox News Sunday. Since becoming a member of the executive leadership team, Wallace has helped enhance the network s newsgathering division, including overseeing the construction and launch of a new state of the art newsroom.
