5 9. ITEMS FOR INDIVIDUAL ACTION Unless the Board directs otherwise, adoption of an Action Item will mean approval of the respective County staff report and its recommended action. 1. Vote on Board appointments: Pete Liakakis for the CAT Board and Tracey Sapp for the Chatham County Board of Department of Family and Children Services. 2. Request approval of the following budget amendments and transfers: 1) in General Fund M&O: a) transfer $27,930 from the Purchasing department budget salaries and benefits accounts to the Finance department budget salaries and benefits accounts, b) transfer $37,725 from the merit contingency account to the Finance department salaries and benefits account, 2) in the Special Service District Fund transfer $25,000 from contingency to the Finance Department line item, 3) in the Confiscated Revenue Fund appropriate $224,000 to the Counter Narcotics Team, and 4) in the Sales Tax III Fund transfer among projects as outlined in the attached memorandum. 3. 6 10. ACTION CALENDAR The Board can entertain one motion to adopt the below-listed calendar. Such motion would be adoption of staff s recommendation. Any Board Member may choose to pull an item from the calendar and it would be considered separately. 1. Approval of the minutes of the regular meeting on February 24, 2017, as distributed. 2. Claims vs. Chatham County for the period February 14, 2017, through March 1, Request Board authorize the Chairman to execute a Resolution and Contract Item Agreement (CIA) with the City of Savannah (City) and Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) for relocation of the City of Savannah s utilities required for construction of the Island s Expressway Bridge Replacement project. 4. Request Board authorize the Chairman to execute a Resolution and Contract Item Agreement (CIA) with the City of Bloomingdale (City) and Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) for relocation of the City s utilities required for construction of the Jimmy DeLoach Parkway at US 80 Interchange Project. 5. Request Board authorize the Chairman to execute a grant agreement with the Georgia Emergency Management Agency for the purposes of reimbursing Chatham County for debris activities occurring between October 4 and November 2, Request Board approval for the Chairman to execute application for State of Georgia Accountability Court Funding Program FY'18 grant on behalf of the Juvenile Mental Health Court. 7. Request Board approval for the Chairman to execute application for State of Georgia Accountability Court Funding Program FY'18 grant on behalf of the Chatham County Juvenile Court Family Treatment Court (FTC). 8. To authorize the Chairman to sign a resolution for a Department of Natural Resources (DNR) Coastal Incentive Grant and commit to enter into a Project Agreement with Emory University s Center for Digital Scholarship upon award. 9. Request Board approval of $333,000, 18 month grant application to the U.S. Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention for the FY 2017 Safe and Thriving Communities: Planning and Collaboration grant. No funding, no match required 10. Request Board approval to dispense alcoholic beverages (beer pouring) for a special event to be held on Bynuh's Field at Bethesda Academy, 9520 Ferguson Avenue, on May 7-8, Petitioner: Jackson H.
