5 Unfinished Business New Business PAC Naming Motion Whereas, Winona State University's duty as an institution is to educate students and historically contextualize what has happened on our campus Whereas, renaming buildings on campus after an influential member of our community is a tangible way to educate our students about WSU history and to honor the legacy of our WSU family Therefore be it resolved, that WSUSS supports the University initiative to rename the "Performing Arts Center" to the "Robert Dufresne Performing Arts Center" in honor of President Robert Dufresne Moved by Senator Casey Seconded by Senator Kuerschner Motion Passes Comments from the Gallery VP McDowell Comments for the Good of the Order Adjournment / 6:11pm Moved by Chair Smith Seconded by Senator Wescott Consent Agenda RSO Reason Amount
