7 Page 7 of REQUEST APPROVED CREATION OF NEW POSITION DISTRICT ATTORNEY Motion by Commissioner Meador, seconded by Commissioner Rinehart, to approve the creation of a Pre-Trial Diversion Probation Officer, being administrated by the Probation Department. Funding will be by the District Attorney Pre-Trial Diversion Fund for Fiscal Year 2015 and will include salary and stipend in the amount of $58, and equipment plus benefits and associated equipment. Motion carried. 6. REQUEST APPROVED USE OF FUNDS AUDITOR Motion by Commissioner Noack, seconded by Commissioner Doyal, to approve the request by County Court at Law 3 to use $ from the Court Reporter Service Fund for reimbursement of Advantage Software Annual Support Renewal. This renewal is necessary in order for their Court Reporter to maintain tech support throughout the year. Motion carried. 7. CONTRACT AWARDED DNA TESTING PURCHASING Motion by Commissioner Meador, seconded by Commissioner Doyal, to approve contract for DNA Testing Project (Various Departments) be awarded to Sorenson Forensics, LLC. Motion carried. 8. PROPOSAL APPROVED FERNE LEAF EXTENSION PROJECT PURCHASING Motion by Commissioner Rinehart, seconded by Commissioner Noack, to approve a proposal from Property Acquisition Services, Inc. for a R-O-W Proposal Option 1 for Ferne Leaf Extension Project (Precinct 4), in the amount of $217, Motion carried. 9. PROPOSAL APPROVED PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES - PURCHASING Motion by Commissioner Noack, seconded by Commissioner Doyal, to approve the proposal from Klotz Associates, Inc. for Professional Engineering Services (Precinct 3) for Rayford Road widening and railroad grade separation, in the amount as follows: Phase I Schematic Layout and Survey Services $150, Phase II Preliminary Engineering $220, Total $370, Motion carried. 10.
