1 Call to Order: Grand Knight Arnie Vandercruyssen called the meeting to order at 7:06 pm. Warden Gil Dutilly vouched that all members present possess current membership cards. 2 Chaplain's Report: None to report Grand Knight's Report: Arnie presented a plaque to Alex Dominique in honor of being our past GK Church Picnic was a success this year and Gil Dutilly has graciously offered to Chair this event for next year. Treasurer's Report: Starting Assets $26, Monthly Income $ Monthly Expense $ Ending Assets $26, Trustee s Report All bills were approved Chancellor's Report: Nov 18 Corporate Communion and Memorial Mass at 9 am o Refreshments to follow mass and to get to meet our Seminarians o Tom Kubacki will be helping with food and beverages for this event Financial Secretary Report All bills have been read and paid First reading of Jim Gomely was conducted in our officers meeting Second reading of Jim Gomely was conducted in our general membership meeting #13950 Council Minutes /5/2018

3 Charitable Giving Committee Report: Bill Travnik made a motion to give $300 to Crossroads Care Center. The motion was seconded by Bob Jackson and passed unanimously. o The center is in Auburn Hills, MI and provides to men and women STD Testing, Ultrasounds, Family Care and pregnancy assistance. 4th Degree/Church Director Oct 20 the 4 th Degree will be honored at Ford Field Nov 4 Memorial Mass at Sacred Heart Dec 8 Bellbrook Christmas Caroling from 2 3 pm Dec 15 Wreaths Across America at noon Advocate's Report: Upcoming Millionaires Parties o Dec 10 13, 2018 at Ciccarelli s, morning/afternoon shifts o Feb 18 21, 2019 at Ciccarelli s, morning/afternoon shifts o May 2-5, 2019 at One Eyed Jacks, Thursday Sunday evening shifts o Aug 12 15, 2019 at Ciccarelli s, morning/afternoon shifts o Nov 13 16, 2019 at Rosemack, morning shifts/evening shifts Proposed legislation o Requires only two people to man the event rather than three o Spouses can help o Raise the chip cap from 15k to 20k Free Throw Competition o Jan 5 and Jan 12 tentative dates for our council. John, Gil, Eric, Dan and Bob to chair o Feb 9 for District Competition o All events will take place at St Mary of the Hills Spelling Bee HFRS will again run our event. 4 Lecturer Nov 4 Memorial Mass at Sacred Heart 10 am Jan 17 Annual March for Life in Washington, D.C. o Monaghan Council in Livonia will be leaving at 6:30 am. o They are staying at the Hilton Double Tree for $99 per night o Bus ride will cost $150 o If interested, please visit for more info.
