1 Call to Order: Grand Knight Arnie Vandercruyssen called the meeting to order at 7:58 pm. Warden Gil Dutilly vouched that all members present possess current membership cards. 2 Chaplain's Report: Thank you for helping bag over 2 tons of beans for Forgotten Harvest SAW is working hard on painting some of the rooms in the church and school In need of a new roof due to recent rain storms Grand Knight's Report: August 15 SOS Dinner In need of 10 volunteers September 23 Church Picnic Treasurer's Report: Starting Assets $29, Monthly Income $ Monthly Expense $ 7, Ending Assets $24, Budget Paul Bailey made a motion to approve the Budget. It was seconded by Tony DeFinis and passed unanimously Trustee s Report All bills were approved Chancellor's Report: Still looking for a second Seminarian Financial Secretary Report All bills have been read and paid #13950 Council Minutes /9/2018

3 Charitable Giving Committee Report: If you would like to join the Charitable Giving Committee, we meet the first Tuesday of each month at Ram s Horn. Meeting starts at 9 am. John Yurgelevic made a motion to give $250 to Piquette Square. The motion was seconded by Paul Thorn and passed unanimously. o Piquette Square is a 150-unit housing community that houses homeless veterans. 4th Degree/Church Director September 14 Exemplification of the 4 th Degree Advocate's Report: The next Millionaire Party is August 6 9 at Ciccarelli s Upcoming Millionaires Parties o Dec 10 13, 2018 at Ciccarelli s, morning/afternoon shifts o Feb 18 21, 2019 at Ciccarelli s, morning/afternoon shifts o May 2-5, 2019 at One Eyed, Thursday Sunday evening shifts o Aug 12 15, 2019 at Ciccarelli s, morning/afternoon shifts Thank you letter from Gianna House Bob would like to fix the light on the Big Ass Crown Lets light up our crown Bob would also like to fix the windows above the altar and remove the garbage bags and tinting from those windows.
