President Lionel welcomed those in attendance and called for apologies. Apologies - Motion Helen Baker/Pat Eagle that the apologies be accepted as per attendance records Carried. Minutes - Motion L Johnson/C Silsbury that the minutes as circulated be a true and correct record Carried. Arising Motion - L Johnson/C Silsbury that the club purchases a 25ltr Mains Pressure Unit at $328 Carried. No action from the Council on the Loading Ramp. Daryl tabled a report on the current situation. Treasurers Report - In absence of Treasurer Neil, Daryl tabled the financial report and was motioned by D Whateley/J Cottee Carried. Correspondence - Secretary Doug tabled the correspondence as listed and was motioned by D Tebbens/L Whateley. Carried. There was no business arising. General Business - Daryl advised of the Blues Festival on Easter weekend and requested names for support in parking. Names to be given to Daryl ASAP. Club member Allan Graham is in Hospital and it was motioned to send a get well card The Secretary is to organize this. Yvonne suggested that we have a pie night at the May Meeting, a 6pm start at $2 per pie. This was confirmed by President Lionel. Rally Reports - Len spoke on his visit to the Echuca Swap also at Finley Swap days with lots to see. Lyn spoke on her visit to Kyabram and Wunghnu Picnic Days with good displays and good weather. Having no more business to discuss, President Lionel announced a short Rally Meeting at the conclusion and closed the meeting at 8.25pm. Presidents Message Hi Hope you all had an enjoyable Easter. Daryl and Lyn took a tractor and display of baskets. Biggest rally we have seen at Kyabram, lots of White trucks and good displays all round. Most tractors we have ever seen at Kyabram

5 u The feature at Wunghnu was Allis Chalmers and they had a good compliment of tractors and equipment including this baler and the tractor being driven by Tracey Hunter of GVVT&FM. Interesting array of trucks and I particularly liked the eclectic mix of the International with the White and Mercedes on the low loader, although the semi load of hay with the Bedford on the back was good. A beaut tractor trek organised by Stu Guy through some interesting country, made all the better by the morning tea of pancakes cooked up by Vicky Guy. Two ways of getting your tractors around. Cruising nationals and we have Stu Tangey s Dodge Super Bee. Just a reminder that we are coming up to that time of the year when we need to make sure we are Financial Members. Ours subs are due on 1 st July and we need to pay our Insurance to NHMA almost immediately. We should have the NHMA Membership renewal at this coming meeting or at the latest by the June Meeting Deniliquin Spring Rally th Sept 2017
