3 2015 CARRÉ DES JARDINIERS CONTEST SPONSOR BUDGET: 40,000 THE CARRE DES JARDINIERS Organized every 2 years in the context of Paysalia, the Carré des Jardiniers contest is dedicated to landscaping entrepreneurs and creators to help them highlight their profession and demonstrate the values of their business - excellence, nobility and emotion. A multi-objective competition: To turn the spotlight on gardeners: to reward the best gardeners, the true artists of these gardens. To show the general public that a garden designed by a professional has a real value added. Promote sector talents and launch new trends. Arouse interest in younger generations who can identify with the stars of today and become those of tomorrow. Get the profession discussed in the media to highlight its worth and return it to its former glory. Theme 2015: RECREATION This set of themes, imagined by Jean Mus, leaves free rein to the contestants imagination to design sparkling, amusing projects. Each garden will be marked by a 14 member jury of gardening professionals and artists representing the five senses. Contestants will be judged on their technical excellence, the human values they incarnate and the feelings and emotions they inspire in their public. 7 WELLGREEN BY PAYSALIA 2015 SPONSOR BUDGET: 9,000 THE WELLGREEN CIRCUIT BY PAYSALIA One day dedicated to Golf course and Sports ground managers with visits, lunch and discussions designed to foster relationships between providers and clients. 100 participants The programme in 2013: Technical visit: In 2013, participants visited the Golf Club de Lyon, remarkable for its protected environment and its two top quality courses. Lyon Golf Club is one of the rare courses with 36 holes. Both are regularly ranked as top courses. Recent installations include the watering system of one of the courses, entirely remodelled in 2011 to save water and cut electricity bills by 25 to 30%. Golf Club Director Frederic Barba and Greenkeeper Emmanuel Perdrix hosted participants for a visit to the site, the courses and the equipment. Conference: Theme: Trends in Golf Courses: the coherent integration of landscaping chaired by Green Tonic and PLT Environnement & Espaces Naturels.
