Understanding the ever changing landscape of society will help attendees focus the goals and objectives for themselves and their departments. Technology will have a significant place in this year s conference with topics such as the DarkNet, Autonomous Driving, and Intelligence-Led Policing to name just a few. This conference is only possible with the continued collaboration of our sponsors and vendors who support the FBINAA with products and services to help protect our communities. 5 5 Exhibitor/Vendor Opportunities Apply online! Terms of Payment Application will only be considered after full payment is received. Full payment is due July 13, If payment is not received by that date, booth space is subject to automatic reassignment. Space allocation will be on a first come, first served basis. Refund will only be considered if cancellation is provided prior to July 1, Exhibit Hours Setup: Monday, September 10 Show: Tuesday and Wednesday, September from 7:30 a.m. - 2 p.m. Dismantle: Wednesday, September p.m. Badges & Booth Staffing Each vendor package is valued at two (2) representatives per booth. Additional representatives may be added with the purchase of additional identification badges. Badges may be picked up at the Registration Desk. Badge exchange between Exhibitors is not permissible. This conference requires that all representatives be registered for the conference. Exhibitor representatives who leave the show early are advised to return the ID badges so that incoming personnel may register and pick up a badge. No badges will be issued without identification of the company affiliation. You may request a 25 cord with 3 power strip ($80 each), wired Internet connection ($260 per day) or WiFi ($30 per day). Internet access is also available through the hotel. Exhibitors who require a (hard line) telephone may make arrangements for installation by coordinating with Max Santiago, Exhibits/Vendor Chairperson. No paging service will be available. Exhibit Operations Restrictions The Ritz-Carlton Lake Tahoe reserves the right to restrict exhibits that are deemed to be objectionable due to sound, materials, method of operations, content, or any other reason. They may also prohibit or evict any exhibit that, in the opinion of the management, detracts from the general character of the exhibit as a whole. This reservation includes persons, things, conduct, printed materials, food/beverages, or anything else that the management determines to be objectionable. In the event of restrictions or eviction the FBINAA, California Chapter, Sacramento Division is not liable for refunds. Exhibitors may NOT use a platform or elevate themselves above the floor to address visitors and/or demonstrate the exhibit. The use of barkers or pitchmen, human or electronic, is prohibited. Each exhibitor is responsible for the upkeep of his/her booth. Gifts, Promotions & Sales Exhibitors are encouraged to provide gifts and promotional items for the attendees. We also encourage exhibitors to donate raffle prizes to the FBINAA, California Chapter. All demonstrations, interviews, or instructional activities must be confined to the limits of the exhibit booth. Exhibitors are free to solicit and take orders. Equipment Passes Exhibitors who need to remove equipment from the exhibit area while the show is open must first obtain an Equipment Pass from Max Santiago at maxie.santiago@gmail.com or call (858) Passes must be shown to security when leaving the area. Exhibitor Sponsored Activities Entertainment, group meetings, etc. shall be conducted only with the approval of the Conference Staff. All requests for approval should be sent to Max Santiago at maxie.santiago@gmail.com or call (858) Passport Program To increase foot traffic and visits to your booth, bring a raffle prize valued at $50 or more to participate in the Passport Program. Deadline for sign-up is August 1, Video & Audio Visual Equipment Restrictions The FBINAA reserves the right to restrict, prohibit, or evict any exhibit(s) that, in the opinion of the FBINAA, detracts from the general character of the display due to noise, method of operation, or any other reason deemed objectionable. Photographers All exhibitors who plan on utilizing a photographer for the conference must submit the name of their firm and the name of the photographer to the Exhibit chairperson. Unauthorized photographers and/or camera equipment will NOT be allowed in the exhibit area. Signage Exhibitors may display professionally printed signs within the confines of their assigned booth. Exhibitor signs shall not block or interfere with other exhibitor s signage. The FBINAA, California Chapter reserves the right to relocate an Exhibitor to mitigate any conflicts.
