4 Welcome We are delighted to introduce you to our sponsorship and exhibition prospectus for the 15th Emergency & Critical Care UK Congress, which will take place in Harrogate on 8th and 9th November feedback from both delegates and exhibitors was overwhelmingly positive. As many of you know, delegate packages sold out one month prior to the event and the exhibition was also fully booked. With a packed agenda including world-renowned ECC presenters and a Great Gatsby themed gala dinner, this year promises to be the best Congress yet. In 016 we made a conscious decision to stop using photographs, for promotional purposes, of breeds with conformation likely to lead to welfare concerns - particularly focusing on the brachycephalic (short-faced) breeds. In line with this, our aim is to remove all brachycephalic breeds for advertising purposes from Congress from 018. This includes all bulldogs (French and English), pugs, bullmastiffs, boxers and Boston terriers.
