Requested electricity, water outlet and compressed air installment places need to be shown on the drawings. The stand contruction company and/or related departments/companies must be informed by the exhibitor about the regulations, rules and conditions mentioned in 2.Rules and Regulations, 3.Requirements and REgulations of the Stand construction. 3 Fascia Name and Cabinet Plan Form FORM B (Exhibitors, who choose Standard Stand must fill out this form) We Want a Standard Modular Stand (Please specify the type of the stand) (Standard modular stands will be delivered with side and rear panels, upper constrcution, lighting (spot/3m²) standard electiricity connection (monophase, 3-socket extension lead), carpet, fascia board. 9 Venue Advertising Order Form FORM F Company Name : Hall No : Contact Person : Stand No : Please Fill in and submt to IFO until 01 March 2013 Application Type and Prices (Please mark the appropriate box below) SWALLOWTAIL FLAG /item Swallowtail flags with dimensions fo 1m x 4m are hung over the exhibitor s stand area. Swallowtail flags can only be hung on a stand area of minimum 50 m², starting from 2 meters inside the stand limits. This application is limited to a total number of 20 swallowtail flags and the technical properties of the exhibition area. Exhibitor is responsible for the preparation of the flag including the design and the technical properties whereas the printing and hanging up will be carried out by IFO. VISITOR BADGE HOLDERS NECK ROPE /total The company name or logo is printed on the badge holders neck ropes, which will be distributed to the visitors at the exhibition entrance. Design will be provided by the exhibitor whereas neck rope manufacturing and distribution will be carried out by IFO. The additional costs that will arise when you prefer non-standart neck rope will be added to total cost. *Only 1 company logotype/name will be used. Design of the advertisement will be prepared by the exhibitor and IFO will be responsible of publishing and delivering to all visitors. 12 Exhibitor Badge Order Form FORM H Please fill in and submit until 01 March 2013 The exhibitors who were previously registered can get their badges at IFO Technical Office at the first day of the exhibition. In addition, the exhibitor who were not registered previously can request their badges from IFO Technical Office at the first day of the exhibition. Please remember that the exhibitors who were registered before have the priority while taking their badges. 13 CIP Cards Order Form FORM I Please fill in and submit until 22 February 2013 You can send CIP (Commercially Important Person) cards to some selected company executives among all of your guests invited to our exhibition. If you fill in the form below with all the information required and send us by 22 February 2013 at the latest, CIP cards will be sent to your adress. With these CIP cards, your guests can visit the exhibition as regularly as they would like without having to wait, have a rest at the CIP Lounge or hold your business meetings by enjoying our refreshments during the exhibition. 15 Cleaning and Special Security Order Form FORM K Please fill in and submit until 01 March 2013 The general cleaning of the fair ground and the aisles are going to be handled by the organizer. No inside stand cleaning will be handled during the installation preiod and/or fair visiting days. Exhibitors, requiring inside cleaning should submit to IFO no later than 01 March 2013 by filling the form below. All the visitors and exhibitors have to leave the stands after the closing hours of the fair. Companies wishing to continue working in their stands after the closing hours, have to fill a fom with the names of the personel and request the approval of IFO.
