2 WELCOME TO SPONSOR the NACE Milano Italia Section Conference & Expo 2016 in Genoa 2016 The Organizing Committee of the NACE Milano Italia Section Conference & Expo 2016 cordially invites international companies and organizations to take part in this meeting. The congress will take place from May 29 to May 31, 2016 in Genoa, a historical port in northern Italy, attractive place, renowned for its excellent cuisine and beautiful sights. Genoa was the European Capital of Culture in 2004, and is the birthplace of Cristoforo Colombo. The venue is the Magazzini del Cotone conference center, located inside the Old Port. The congress will offer a scientific program of the highest standards, covering all aspects of corrosion in industry, which we expect will attract several hundreds of scientists, technologists, and end-users of the field. The aim is to create a professional forum where attendees will gather to explore the most recent advances in the interdisciplinary world of corrosion. We have developed an attractive portfolio of sponsoring packages, as outlined herein. All prices are quoted in Euro, and exclude VAT (22% at time of printing). 3 About NACE Milano Italia NACE Milano Italia is one of the largest sections of the European Area of the NACE International. It was formed in 1992 and since then his task was to spread the culture of corrosion in the industrial world through the organization of workshops, seminars and conferences. The aim of this NACE Milano Italia Section Conference & Expo 2016 is to bring together scientists, engineers and technicians from industry in order to share methods, methodologies and ideas. The meeting is devised to survey recent advances in theory and fundamentals, as well as in practical applications and industrial implementation of corrosion prevention in all fields of industry from inspection to materials and repair methodologies, from inhibitors to monitoring and control, from standards to testing. The halls of the Magazzini del Cotone overlook the Gulf of Genoa and the most touristic area of the city. The special position of the location also allows you to enjoy the view of the Historical Buildings of the city and of its suggestive fortifications.
