9 Kathy Hill The chart below reflects the monthly Consumer Price Index (CPI) for our area. This figure is used to recalculate rents, on each of our anniversary dates. The CPI number, four full months prior to the anniversary date, determines if our rent will go up or remain the same. If the CPI goes up on that month our rents increase by that amount, if the CPI stays the same as the year before or goes down, our rents remains the same for the coming year. I will publish this chart each month so we can verify accuracy in our rental charges.. We also send our thoughts to prayers to Diana Russo and her family in the passing of her husband Fred on December 17th. Fred will be missed by so many here in Heron Cay. Theresa Flescher passed away on December 21st. We are all thinking of her family during this most difficult time. Terri used to be on the Fun & Games Committee here at Heron Cay and helped make a lot of fun for a lot of people here. She will certainly be missed.
