Senator Scatamacchia approve last week s minutes, seconded by all, (motion passes unanimously). V. Reports b. Speaker i. Chair discusses sk SG Town Hall meeting in GC 243 from 12:00pm-2:00pm on Wednesday, January 27th. ii. There will be an upcoming town hall with the deans within the following semester. iii. ight senators are needed to table in the Green Library s breezeway on Tuesday, January 26 th in order to inform students on the sk SG event. iv. Finalization for the ublix shuttle to run three hours once a week will occur on February 15 th, the one day out of the week the shuttle will run is yet to be determined. v. On February 10 th, Black out Green out will occur. Rally for Tally is on February 10 th, where senators go to lobby in Washington D.C, the bus leaves at 10:30pm. vi. calendar full of events is posted please chair if senators are interested in participating in such events. vii. Budget hearing tomorrow in GC, senators are welcome to attend.

No Reports e. xecutive Report iii. resident lexis discuss Florida Student association has a meeting in Lakeland Florida to approval spring advocacy calendar. iv. In March, FS will represent Florida students and pursing grants. v. Day in the hill meeting is in June. vi. Capital anther experience helps Florida International University students to succeed in Washington D.C. vii. There is an upcoming campus climate survey. c. Finance i. Senator ar discusses a possibility of FIU providing accessible wheel chairs for students to be to rent. d. Rules and Ledge e. ORC f. Internal ffairs g. Student dvocacy h. Graduate ii. Senator Williamson discuss a Graduate ppreciation event starting on March28th, it is a week-long two day conference with guest speakers, a concert. Senators need to help with attendance. iii. Student Government pplications for next year will open February 1 st and will close on the 19 th. XI. nnouncements a. Division of student affairs is updating SG s website, although the election process is posted. b. Wednesday February 3 rd, composites will take place in GC 211 from 9:30a.m-5:30pm.
