Executive Addresses President Merritt: Freshman Committee did a wonderful job with Oxfam Hunger Banquet, great Paint your Pride last night, thanks COS and Office of Student Life for the event, Student Advisory Council meeting updates from last week, updates from this week s BOT meeting, looking forward to Green Fee proposals, FSA conference call this weekend, interviewing GA s all day, updates on Office Administrator position, encourages everyone to attend Dance Marathon tonight Vice President Averhart: Medical Amnesty Program updates, possible harlem shake video for UWF, mid-term exam jam is on March 6, 2013 Chief of Staff Kendrick: 15 green fee proposals due by the 25 th, thanks all the election commissioners, election interest meeting at 4pm, Rally in Tally updates, Paint your Pride was a huge success, Cabinet member of the Month is Brooke Mills Freshman Committee Vice-Chair: Oxfam Hunger Banquet was a huge success, and updates for upcoming events, Administrative Addresses Vice President of Student Affairs Dr. Frye: Thanks everyone for a warm welcome, will be attending Dance Marathon tonight, updates on negotiation with the Chartwells contract Removals Rules & Statutes Committee: No removals X.
