An initial planning for the program of activities was also deliberated, in which Ar. Lalaine Dela Cruz assigned duties and responsibilities among the officers. Current District Director Ar. Edwin De Dios presided the event together with immediate past District Director Ar. Luz Mangonon-Casipong. UAP National President Guillermo Hisancha officiated the Oath of Office for the Chapter Officers together with National Executive Vice President for the Charging of Officers. Past UAP National President, PRC Commissioner and First Female Likha Awardee, Ar. Yolanda David-Reyes grace the occassion as the guest honor. 4 UAP Clark members representing the chapter during the Joint District Ceremonies. The Oath of Office was attended by total of 8 chapters for the UAP District A2B namely: Angeles- Alaya Chapter, Angeles Chapter, Balanga-Bataan Chapter, Clark Chapter, San Fernando-Pampanga Chapter, Sinukwan Chapter, Tarlac Chapter and Olongapo-Zambales Chapter.
