4 MATTERS DISCUSSED: I. Assembly 5:00pm II. Board Meeting The meeting was preceded by Ar. Mark Agngarayngay Ar. Mark gave us a brief summary of the Meeting conducted last August 2, Possible venues for 2 nd General Membership Meeting. Possible Speakers & sponsors were raised. Ar. Leidi Anne Marcos (Chapter Secretary) read on our Preplanning Meeting held last May 23, Formica Showroom. Ar. Jeremy Alinea (Director on Membership) reported on the result of last 1 st GMM s survey that all the members answered. Ar. John Anthony Novero (UAPGA outgoing President) & Mr. Mark Allan Sahagun (Incoming UAPSA President) gave us a briefing on their plans for this fiscal year and their oath taking for the coming 2 nd GMM. Catherina Maceda (Immediate Past President) gave us a summary of the Financial Accounting of the Chapter. A solemn prayer was headed by Ar. Kristian Jay Muring (Dir. Presentation of New Members Charging of New Members Oath-Taking of New Members Pinning Rites UAPSA INDUCTION CEREMONIES The PUP UAPSA (UAP Student Auxilliary) and UAPGA (UAP Graduate Auxilliary) was inducted to be under UAP Manila Sta. Mesa Chapter (Mother Chapter). These two organizations will be part of the programs of the Mother Chapter to guide them until members are fully pledged professionals.
