1 ACTIVITY REPORT NO. 1 OCTOBER 10, 2016 UAPZO CHAPTER BOARD MEETING second official meeting on the 8 th day of September 2016, 6:00 in the evening at Mini-Kong s Restaurant, Olongapo City. Items discussed focused on the activities for the month of September and October. Activities such as the Joint Area Assembly and Chapter Anniversary. The Board resolution no. 4 the UAPZO to apply for Olongapo City s accredited civic society organization were signed during the meeting. The Chapter President informed the body that he went to UAPHQ and registered and paid all delegates going to the Joint Area Assembly. Then the Chapter President Eric Cristobal suggests few themes for the 40 th year of the chapter and were agreed upon by the body that the theme will be Encantadia settings on 1940 era. Tentative date will be on October 8, Saturday, 5pm and venue to be announced. Committees regarding the preparation for the anniversary were distributed to board officers. Meeting was adjourned at 8:00 in the evening.

2 ACTIVITY REPORT NO. 2 OCTOBER 10, 2016 UAPZO CHAPTER 2 ND GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING/ TECHNICAL PRODUCT PRESENTATIONS (ONDULINE & HAFELE) FOR THE MONTH OF SEPTEMBER second official general membership meeting on the 17 th day of September 2016, 6:00 in the evening at Golden Dragon Restaurant, Subic Bay Freeport Zone. Items discussed on the Chapter calendar of activities for the month of September and October and reading of the previous minutes of the meeting and financial report. The meeting was sponsored by Onduline Roofing and Hafele. The meeting starts at 8:00 in the evening, a prayer led by Chapter Auditor Nimrod Dalusong followed by the National Anthem, Architect s Hymn and Credo. A roll call of members by the Chapter Secretary Marisol Mandadero and informed the body that it has a quorum 40 active members in good standing present. Financial report and reading minutes of the meetings were presented. Comments and suggestions were considered and noted. The Chapter President informed the body about the Board resolution no. 4- UAPZO to apply for Olongapo City s accredited civic society organization followed by the update on the Joint Area Assembly on Oct at Ilo-Ilo City. Chapter secretary discussed the theme Encantadia settings on 1940 era for the chapter anniversary. Tentative date will be on October 8, Saturday, 5pm and venue to be announced. Informed the body that we nominate seven members for elevation to the College of Fellows. Meeting was adjourned at 9:45 in the evening.

3 ACTIVITY REPORT NO. 3 OCTOBER 10, 2016 UAPZO CHAPTER BOARD MEETINGS third official meeting on the 23 th day of September 2016, 6:00 in the evening at Mini-Kong s Restaurant, Olongapo City. Items discussed focused on Chapter Anniversary. The Chapter President Eric Cristobal discussed in full detail on the preparation for the anniversary. Informed the body that there will be a dress rehearsal and photoshoot on October 1, Saturday at Dawal Resort, Candelaria, Zambales and formulation of script and skit rehearsal on October 6, Thursday at PDO, SBFZ. Board of officers discussed the updates on their assigned committees. Meeting was adjourned at 8:00 in the evening.

4 ACTIVITY REPORT NO. 4 OCTOBER 10, 2016 UAPZO CHAPTER CELEBRATES THE WORLD ARCHITECTURE DAY WITH COLLEGE OF ARCHITECTURE ARKI WEEK The United Architects of the Philippines (UAP) Zambales-Olongapo Chapter led by Chapter President Eric Cristobal with District Director Luz Casipong and Chapter Secretary Marisol Mandadero celebrates the World Architecture Day with the CC College of Architecture s Arki Week on October 3-4, 2016 at Columban College, Barretto headed by Dean Corazon Gonzales together with the architecture faculty members. The two-day event was showcasing the architecture students projects and photography workshop and presentation of float per year block section.

5 ACTIVITY REPORT NO. 5 OCTOBER 10, 2016 UAPZO CHAPTER CELEBRATES THE 40 YEARS OF CHARTERING The United Architects of the Philippines (UAP) Zambales-Olongapo Chapter celebrates the forty years of chartering with the theme Encantadia dekada kwarenta. The momentous event was joined by our Charter President, Dr. Antonio Balde II, Vice President for Area- A Virgilio Andres and our City Mayor Rolen Paulino.
